Closing the Leadership Gap—One Woman at a Time

Become the confident, strategic leader you are capable of being.

Project Rise helps talented professionals—especially Black and Brown professionals, with a particular focus on women—build the confidence, executive presence, and strategic skills needed to lead complex work, navigate organizations, and advance.

We use project execution as a practical framework because every organization depends on people who can turn ideas and strategy into results—even when “Project Manager” is not their title.

Participants who want the credential can also prepare for and pursue the PMP® certification as part of the journey.

Project execution is the method. Leadership is the outcome.

Project Rise welcomes professionals of all genders and backgrounds, with a particular commitment to Black and Brown professionals—especially women—and others historically underrepresented in leadership.

Real Women. Real Conversations. Real Growth

Leadership Development Through Project Execution

You do not need “Project Manager” in your title to be leading projects.

If you are launching a product, implementing technology, improving a process, managing change, coordinating stakeholders, leading a team, or delivering an important initiative, you are already working through projects.

Project Rise uses globally recognized project management principles and practical leadership development to help you lead that work with greater confidence, clarity, and influence.

You will learn how to turn ideas into action, communicate with senior leaders, navigate competing priorities, and connect your work to the broader goals of the organization.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • You are talented and qualified, but you sometimes hesitate to put yourself forward.

  • You experience impostor syndrome when stepping into a new, demanding, or highly visible role.

  • You are invited into meetings with senior leaders but are not always sure when to speak, what to contribute, or how to influence the conversation.

  • You want stronger executive presence—not only the courage to speak, but the ability to communicate with clarity, relevance, and authority.

  • You are navigating workplace culture, politics, difficult stakeholders, or expectations that are not always clearly stated.

  • You know you are capable of more, but you are uncertain about the experiences, relationships, or skills needed for your next opportunity.

  • You lead important work but have never considered yourself a project professional.

  • You want trusted guidance and a community that will continue supporting you as your career evolves.

Project Rise was created for this moment.

What You Will Build

Confidence to Step Forward

Recognize your value, manage impostor syndrome, and pursue opportunities you are already qualified to take on.

Executive Presence

Communicate with credibility, composure, and authority in meetings, presentations, and high-visibility situations.

Executive presence is not simply having the courage to speak. It is knowing when to speak, what to say, how to frame it and how to influence the room.

Strategic Thinking

Move beyond completing tasks to understanding business priorities, identifying risks, evaluating opportunities and connecting your work to organizational goals.

Organizational Intelligence

Learn how to navigate workplace culture, politics, stakeholder relationships, resistance and the unwritten expectations that often influence advancement.

Project-Execution Discipline

Use practical tools and proven project-management principles to manage priorities, risk, change, communication and complex initiatives.

Clarity About What Comes Next

Identify the roles, experiences, relationships and development opportunities that will position you for your next level of leadership.

A Trusted Community

Receive coaching, mentorship, advocacy and long-term support from people who are invested in your growth—not simply your completion of a course.

Pursuing the PMP® Certification?

What Makes Project Rise Different

Most PMP® preparation programs focus primarily on teaching the concepts needed to pass the exam.
Project Rise goes further.

We use real-world case studies, workplace scenarios, hands-on exercises, and practical project artifacts to help participants apply project-management principles to challenges they may encounter on the job.

Participants do not simply memorize terminology. They learn how to analyze risks, engage stakeholders, manage change, make informed decisions and turn plans into results.

Because the concepts are learned through application, they remain useful long after the exam—and can be applied immediately to real projects, teams, and organizational initiatives.

Participants pursuing the PMP® credential receive:

✅ Live, instructor-led PMP® certification preparation

✅ PMI application guidance, packaging, and review

✅ Agile, predictive, and hybrid project-management instruction

✅ Real-world case studies and practical simulations

✅ Hands-on creation of practical project artifacts

✅ Practice questions, simulation exams, and study resources

✅ Coaching that connects PMI principles to participants’ actual work experience

The goal is not simply to pass the exam. It is to understand the principles well enough to use them confidently when the real project begins.

More Than a Program

Most programs teach you—and then release you.

Project Rise stays with you.

Leadership is not developed through a single workshop, and career advancement does not happen simply because someone passes an examination.

Project Rise combines practical learning, individual coaching, career advocacy, mentorship, and community so participants can apply what they learn in real workplace situations.

Participants receive support as they:

- Step into new or high-visibility responsibilities

- Prepare for promotions and career transitions

-Navigate difficult workplace situations

-Strengthen communication with senior leaders

-Build relationships with employers, recruiters, and executive networks

-Apply project-execution tools to real initiatives

-Adjust to the cultural and political realities of organizational life

You are not simply completing a course.

You are joining a long-term leadership community.

The certification is valuable, but it is not the entire destination.

Certification may be part of the journey. Leadership is the outcome.

Meet Dr. Helen

From Stranded to Leadership

I know what it feels like to be capable, qualified, and still overlooked.

My own journey took me across countries, industries, and executive leadership rooms—often without the coaches, sponsors, or insider guidance that many of my peers quietly received.

Project management gave me far more than a credential. It gave me a language for strategy, a framework for execution, and practical tools which helped me lead technology teams, manage change, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.

Over time, I also learned how to communicate my value, position myself for opportunities, and walk into rooms I once never imagined entering.

I created Project Rise so talented women would not have to navigate that journey alone.

Through leadership development, project execution, certification preparation, career advocacy, and long-term mentorship, we help women recognize what they bring to the table—and prepare them to contribute confidently when they are given a seat.
